Physical Literacy Engagement Activity Service
Physical Literacy Engagement Activity Service
Our moms are good friends, and every year they love to gather together and bring us outside for some fun. Through these outings, we became friends and enjoy hanging out together. There're Felix, who loves playing basketball; Helen, who enjoys swimming; Rheya, who is passionate about badminton; and Xinlai, who excels in fencing. Isn't it cool that everyone has their own interests? Beyond that, we all excel in academics and have a shared love for music. We are happy teenagers! At one of the outings, we discussed the benefits of physical activities, such as promoting a healthier lifestyle, developing teamwork and communication skills, and enhancing cognitive function. We agreed that raising awareness about the importance of physical activities should begin in early grades. This conversation inspired us to advocate for physical literacy, leading to the creation of PLEAS (Physical Literacy Engagement Activity Service)!
